8. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 0 to 1 business day after payment confirmation. Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3 to 6 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on customer location and carrier service.

Radhe Designer offers free shipping on eligible orders placed through our website. Shipping details are also explained on our Shipping Policy page.

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Radhe Designer is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipment caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Radhe Designer does not charge any restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
